INTERNSHIP ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Product Development Intern will work along side the Product Development and Funds Management teams during the Summer of 2010. Working with these teams, the intern will assist them with on-going Variable Annuity and Group Product Development and Product Management projects. The intern will also take part in conducting the financial and commercial analysis necessary to justify new initiatives, and to support recurring reporting initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Junior or Senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
* Basic understanding of financial and commercial principles relating to financial products
* Knowledgeable with MS Office products, including Excel
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Team player, results driven attitude

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Finance, Accounting or Marketing Major with significant coursework in Accounting or Finance
* Past internship experience in financial services or an analytical role
