The National Hispana Leadership Institute’s Executive Leaderhip Training Conference and Mujer Awards provides cutting-edge management and leadership skills workshops facilitated by some of the country’s most successful Latinas and nationally recognized experts from the public and private sectors.

Workshops and panel discussions range from a variety of professional development topics to the most current subjects such as the economy, health, finances, politics, business, leadership and more.

In addition, the conference features prominent Latina authors; Latina artists; outstanding speakers, health and wellness fairs; career recruitment fairs and provides exhibit opportunities to companies and organizations.

The conference culminates with the Mujer Awards, a premier gala that pays tribute to three Latinas for their unrelenting commitment to their communities and their life time achievements.
