2009 Mexican-American Dream" Scholarship Applications Now Available The Council of Mexican Federations (COFEM), its affiliated Federations, and The New Partnerships Foundation have come together to continue to support students who want to go to college by offering scholarships to both students currently enrolled in an accredited college and those who will be incoming college freshmen next year. Applications are now available for immigrant students or those who are of immigrant descent seeking equal opportunities to access higher education, have demonstrated a strong academic background, and are involved in their communities. See attached application for more eligibility criteria. Scholarships will be awarded in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $3,000.
